Picture Perfect Cooking

Who am I?  Hmmm… Sometimes that is a hard question to answer.  To the outside world, it is pretty simple.  I am a Christian, daughter, wife, employee, doggy parent, amateur photographer, and cooking and gardening lover.  If I look inside, there is so much more than that.  I AM a Christian and I wonder everyday where God’s plan is taking me and I try not to have doubts and fears, but it is hard.  I am a daughter to a wonderful father, but I am also a motherless child, having lost my mother on April 5, 2010 to a three year battle with ovarian cancer.  My husband, C,  is one of the most wonderful, caring men in the world, but that is just my humble opinion.  I like my job 95% of the time, which I think is a pretty successful return.  C & I do not have children as yet, but we do have a wonderful four-legged companion, a Siberian Husky named Ellie.

All in all, I have a wonderful life.  Is there anything I would change?  Sure, but I trust in God to guide me down life’s path, and I know that everything happens for a reason.

What does all of this have to do with cooking and photography?  Not much, but it does offer a little insight into me and that does have something to do with cooking and photography!
