After a warm start to the week, it is supposed to be cool and rainy later so I am going to sneak in a few cool weather comfort foods before summer hits with a vengeance. The rain we had over the weekend was just what my little garden needed to spring into life. I am hoping to start harvesting a few things in the next week or two. There are tons of green strawberries out there and the lettuces and carrots are sprouting like crazy. I can’t wait!!
